The Mining Services and Idoba segment includes equipment hire, equipment parts and sales, supply of equipment, logistics services, and technology driven products and services. The Corporate segment focuses on corporate activity covering strategy, treasury, accounting, human resources, information technology, procurement, legal, risk, investor relations, and other corporate administration. The company was founded by James Edward Askew and Ronald George Sayers in 1987 and is headquartered in Perth, Australia.
